Virtual Desperation: Fight, Feed, and Flee

In "Virtual Desperation: Fight, Feed, and Flee," our protagonist, an ordinary gamer, finds himself inexplicably trapped in a high-stakes video game. Struggling to survive in this hostile virtual world, he must hunt and defeat terrifying monsters to gather food and resources. His journey leads him to a perilous dungeon where he confronts a powerful wizard guarding a portal back to reality. Faced with the ultimate choice—to escape back to his mundane life or to stay and conquer the thrilling dangers of the game—our hero must decide which reality is worth fighting for. Will he flee the virtual world or embrace the adventure forever?

I could not finish the game in time for the game jam submission, will maybe complete it after the JAM.

Towards the end of the JAM I thought about adding some pieces of dialog to frame the story and through it raise awareness about video game addiction.

Also, did not have time to implement the mechanic that would load you directly into the virtual world instead of the menu/appartement and really get you stuck there.
